Fifth grade worked hard reading books from a list given in November. Students read books and competed against other schools in Sanilac County on March 8, 2023. The team members include Jack Hines, Dylan Labelle, Kayleigh Fisher, Maddy Jones, Aria Bednaryczk, and coach Valerie Kneffel.

Marlette 4th graders competed in Battle of the Books in Brown City tonight. They read 80 books and did fantastic work representing the Raiders with a 4th place finish! Congratulations, kids!

Senior Manus Bennett is the D4 State Champion at 150 pounds! He finishes his season at 51-1. His high school wrestling career record is 160-5.
