Mr. Crane’s Aerospace class took an exciting field trip to Marlette Airport yesterday! The class, designed as an overview of all segments of aviation, wraps up with this hands-on visit to see and sit in real airplanes. Students had the unique opportunity to meet with local aviators and aircraft owners, hear about their experiences, and experience several aircraft cockpits—a rare treat for most students.
Mr. Crane and his students extend their appreciation to the local airport manager, aviators, and aircraft owners for sharing their stories and generously opening the world of aviation to his students. Their willingness to give their time and expertise, and to let students experience real aircraft up close, highlights what a wonderful and supportive community Marlette has!
