The STAGE was set!
Our annual literacy month kick-off was a huge success. An enormous thank you to the staff that spent countless hours planning and preparing this amazing night for our Elementary School family. Close to 200 kids from pre-K to 5th grade came to enjoy activities that staff and volunteers put together for them to experience!
Thank you to Mrs. Boyne, Mrs. Zuhlke, and Mrs. Bell for the fantastic decorations and scheduling. We appreciate all the staff who volunteered to decorate, share their classrooms and work preparing and cleaning up. Thank you to the Pea-Nut lady, Marlette District Library, retired staff, and the faculty at the Book Fair. A special thank you to all the families that came out. We appreciate your support and for sharing your child with us. Please keep reading and compare a good book with its movie!

Kelly Lams' class tried a new game on the smart board to help prepare for their chapter 7 math test about comparing numbers. The kids love learning with the latest technology.

Manus and Turlough Bennett will get a send-off at the school as they depart for the tournament at 1:00 pm. Come out and show your appreciation if you want to be in town with signs on their way out. They will head out of the school lot on Marlette road toward Main Street, then south on Main Street toward Lansing.

A massive shout-out of gratitude to our bus drivers on Bus Driver Appreciation Day! Our bus drivers received some delicious cookies from our Board and Administration team. Thank you for all that you do to keep our students safe. And many parents have treat bags for our drivers as well!

The staff wellness team would like to thank the bus drivers daily for all that they do. Thank you for safely getting our kiddos to and from school in rain, snow, sleet, or sunshine!
