There are only seven more days until our blood drive. Some helpful tips before donating blood are to: 1. Drink plenty of water and fluids in the days leading up to your donation. 2. Eat a healthy meal before your donation, avoiding fatty foods. 3. Get a good night's sleep before your donation. 4. Wear comfortable clothing with sleeves that can be easily rolled up. 5. Bring a list of any medications you are currently taking. 6. Be prepared to answer questions about your health history and recent travel. 7. Plan to rest for a few minutes after your donation and have a snack and drink to help replenish your fluids.

Blood Drive 2023
With the arrival of winter weather, it's crucial for our students to be dressed appropriately and wait in their safe location for the bus. It's important for students to be ready and waiting for the bus, as we cannot make other students tardy for school. We urge parents and guardians to help their children prepare for the winter weather by allowing extra time in the morning to put on all necessary winter gear. While we strive to ensure that all buses run on time, there may be delays due to weather conditions. Together, we can ensure that our students stay safe and healthy during the winter months.
