On Thursday, February 29th, families can sign up for Spring Soccer. There is a high need for volunteers to be coaches, assistant coaches, and more. The program cannot run without the help of our parents and guardians. Please consider helping so our kids can play soccer.

We had an assembly today with Jeff Olson, father of Daniel Olson and Ishpeming High School’s head football coach. His goal is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. Jeff, his wife Sally, and four children have endured the pain of a loved one battling severe depression and anxiety, ultimately leading to the suicide of their son Daniel at the age of 19. Jeff speaks about anxiety, depression, and suicide and presents the Do It For Daniel documentary about his son’s and family’s struggles with this medical illness.
