The Veterans Esteem team (VETeam) is collecting donations for care packages to send to a group of Marines serving overseas. If you want to join the VETeam, please let me know ASAP.
If you would like to donate, the following items are needed:
Travel size shampoo
Travel size toothpaste
Disposable razors
Travel size shaving cream
Travel size Q-tips
Donations are needed by 12-12-23 so they can be shipped before Christmas. Please drop your items at the high school office, and we will give them to Rachel Bennett, who will send our donations.

There are only seven more days until our blood drive. Some helpful tips before donating blood are to:
1. Drink plenty of water and fluids in the days leading up to your donation.
2. Eat a healthy meal before your donation, avoiding fatty foods.
3. Get a good night's sleep before your donation.
4. Wear comfortable clothing with sleeves that can be easily rolled up.
5. Bring a list of any medications you are currently taking.
6. Be prepared to answer questions about your health history and recent travel.
7. Plan to rest for a few minutes after your donation and have a snack and drink to help replenish your fluids.

Let's get in the holiday spirit! Marlette Elementary will be "Jingling All The Way"!

Best of luck to our Girls JV and Varsity Basketball teams tonight! Go Red Raiders.

It's a basketball night at HOME! Let's cheer our girls on for a WIN!

Thank you, Jase for being such a wonderful friend to everyone. Your kindness makes us all feel special.

Adam, keep working hard, and doing well in your class. Congratulations on a job well done.

Your smiles and humor help us all have better days, Molly. Thank you for spreading your joy with us.

A huge thank you to the Marlette Chamber of Commerce! Members of the chamber donated snow pants in different sizes for students in need this winter—board members Kendra Jickling of Tri-County Bank and Andrea Donley of Donley Realty graciously made the generous delivery of winter gear.

Our kiddos love spreading cheer to our teachers! They love to help Ms. Melissa pass out treats every Friday! It is a joyful experience for all.

The Marlette Varsity Cheer Team hosted their winter elementary cheer clinic performance on Friday night at halftime of the boys' basketball game. Sixty-two elementary students dressed in their best Christmas pajamas danced to "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree."

Remember to mark your calendar to help the National Honor Society with their blood drive. Every drop counts!

With the arrival of winter weather, it's crucial for our students to be dressed appropriately and wait in their safe location for the bus. It's important for students to be ready and waiting for the bus, as we cannot make other students tardy for school. We urge parents and guardians to help their children prepare for the winter weather by allowing extra time in the morning to put on all necessary winter gear. While we strive to ensure that all buses run on time, there may be delays due to weather conditions. Together, we can ensure that our students stay safe and healthy during the winter months.

It's Friday and the games are going to be good ones. Come on out and cheer for our teams to win.
