Ms. Laursen's class has been jam-packed these past few weeks! 📚✨ We dove into the enchanting story, "Nothing Sticks Like a Shadow," and inspired by it, we kicked off an art project showcasing how shadows are always with us, just like the rabbit in the book tried to escape theirs! 🐰🌑 We got crafty and created adorable Love Bug name tags for our lockers to celebrate February and Valentine's Day! 💖🗣️ It's been a fun and creative month of learning and love! 🏀 Last night at the Marlette gym was where the action was! We kicked the night off with our JV and Varsity Boys Basketball games, followed by an intense Varsity Girls Basketball showdown. 🌟 During halftime, our talented 1st to 4th graders took center stage, showcasing their impressive skills on the court! 🏆 And let's not forget the over 90 elementary cheerleaders who brought the energy with their heart-pounding dance performance, rallying our teams and filling the gym with spirit! 💪🙌 What a fantastic night for our community! 💖 #HoopsAndCheers
