
Beverly George attended a hands-on Math Workshop on Aug 10-11, 2022, at the Huron ISD, and through a grant, the district received over $2000 in math manipulatives and activities. As the district math coach, she will be able to work with teachers, and students can learn math with their hands and these incredible tools.

There were fun times at Prep 4 Success with our 6th and 7th graders. They toured the building, got pictures for badges, and checked out their lockers. The day was action-packed as they prepared for their first official school day.

Many updates and remodels have occurred and are ongoing to support a better learning environment for our students. The front of the Jr/Sr HS got a facelift with some new window wraps. And our Weight Room had some finishing touches with a painted ceiling.

The Marlette High School Engineering Club will offer the Lapeer County Sheriff’s Office Dive Team another level of assistance when it is necessary to explore a body of water by using the remote-operated vehicle (ROV).

Food Service staff are available to take deposits for lunch and ala carte purchases today during Red Raider Rally. Elementary lunches cost $2.60 and Jr/Sr High School lunches will cost $3.00. Ala carte purchases are available at the Jr/Sr High School with varied pricing.


There is an immediate job opening for a Bus Driver in our school district.


Attention Parents of Incoming 6th & 7th Graders:
It is not necessary to complete a New Student Enrollment for students moving from the Elementary School to the Jr/Sr High School. Skyward transfers the students and a new application is not necessary.
