We are aware of a technology issue with our summer school program. It is on the provider's end. They are working on the issue but have not been able to give us a time frame for resolution. Red Raider baseball continues their season as one of the 8 teams left in the tournament. Saturday they take on Muskegon Catholic Central for the Regional Championship (Clare @ 10am). Come out and cheer them on as they depart Marlette. Bring your signs and wish them luck as they pass by Ellis Insurance across from the hospital. Bus departs 1:00p from the HS. Reminder........Marlette Community Schools will be offering a SUMMER MEAL PROGRAM with breakfast and lunch available to all Marlette K-12 students starting on June 22. You may pick up meals on Tuesdays from 11am-11:45am. Summer School Credit Recovery
Junior High:
Students who are considered for retention have already received summer school credit recovery paperwork. At this time, only junior high students who have failed 2 or more courses are eligible for summer school. If your student passed 5 or more courses they will be promoted to the next grade level.
High School:
Students who failed a course have the opportunity to sign up for summer school credit recovery. If you have not already done so, please complete the summer school paperwork in the front office by 3pm Friday. Summer School is 100% virtual, students must have strong wifi and complete at least 15% of the course by June 17th. Summer School runs from June 10 through July 31. The cost is $25.

The online Summer School classes which were supposed to be available today are not... This is a problem on the provider's side. When we are notified that the problem is resolved, we will let you know. We are hoping for resolution today or tomorrow. In the meantime, enjoy your first day of summer vacation!

Happy Retirement Miss Linda! After 37 years as a bus driver, Miss Linda is retiring. We thank her for her many years of service and for all the volunteer hours she gave us! We wish her the best as she begins the next phase in her life!!
