For many decades, MHS grads have been regarded as the best writers in their college courses. Their polished work rivals that of Masters-level studies. For example, Tony Perna, an ENG 111 student, completed a perfect Works Cited page for his final paper, called the Academic Multi-Source Synthesis.

Students from Mrs. Thompson’s 4th-grade class used their Fun Friday time to make appreciation projects for the teachers in their lives past and present. Brody Coltson made a special visit to where he started his education in preschool and surprised the teachers!

Come out and enjoy the sunshine and root for our Marlette teams this week!

Thank you to our teachers for all you do every second of every day for our students!

Congratulations to Alex and Jazzlynn for being the best of the best this week! We appreciate your positivity and look forward to seeing your smiles in our school.

National Honor Society members have been visiting various classrooms this year to read aloud to elementary students. Members also bring coloring activities and a treat for students. Our kids love hearing the high school students read to them.

PE-Nut stands for Physical Education and Nutrition, and it’s a fantastic program for students in kindergarten, 2nd, and 4th grade. In 4 sessions, the facilitator, Mrs. Ross, taught students how to stay active and make healthy choices in their life. Each session, kids exercised, learned facts about nutrition, and tried a fun, healthy, kid-friendly recipe. Students enjoyed the lessons, and Mrs. Ross is so engaging and entertaining and makes learning fun!
