Marlette Elementary Student Council is hosting a HAT DAY! Each child can wear a hat by donating $1.00.


Students in Ms. Marshall’s 1st-grade class are partner reading. Students sit elbow to elbow and knee to knee with their partner and share the book between them so they can see and read. Each student takes a turn reading the book to their partner. Students work well with their partner, especially when stumbling across unfamiliar or tricky words.





Tutoring is available for our Elementary School students starting November 15th, from Monday - Thursday.


Fall Sports Award Night!


Wrestling and Basketball are on our athletic agenda this week. Looking forward to seeing Marlette RED in the stands.


We have internet on our buses now!


The High School Student Council will be accepting returnables today at their can and bottle drive until 6 pm! You can drop them off at the football field parking lot.

Jacobi Outman received her first win at the wrestling match on Saturday. Her match lasted three rounds with a win by an 11-7 decision!


All boys in 3rd - 6th grade are welcome to attend!

Some of our juniors and seniors attended a tour today at Saginaw Valley State University. Students heard an engaging presentation about the programs available for higher education from an admissions representative.

Thank you to sixth graders JayLynn Stanley and Twanette Yoder for representing Marlette at the Fourteenth Annual Sanilac County Spelling Bee. Special congratulations to Jaylynn for her first place finish.


Ms. Laursen’s class is loving their new board! It is an interactive tool that helps with rigorous learning, and the students enjoy that it can move down when sitting on the carpet during phonics lessons to make it easier to see and learn.
