Sanilac County News Operating Millage Article
On Tuesday, November 4, voters in the Marlette Community Schools district will be asked to consider a renewal of the district’s Operating Millage. This proposal is not a tax increase—it is simply a renewal of the current millage that has been in place since 2020. The current Operating Millage is a six-year millage set to expire with the 2026 tax levy.
