As a young girl, Kristyna Hine had a team of fabulous teachers who showed her that learning could be fun. School was a place of opportunity, not just a space to go to for seven hours a day, 180 days a year. She has aspirations to share with children that learning can be a lifelong adventure.
As a teacher, Kristyna aims to help students develop a passion for reading and using knowledge to help shape a productive future. She is very creative and enjoys introducing projects that allow students to learn in various methods. Hands-on learning is a methodology of teaching that really works with her students.
In her spare time, Kristyna loves to cook international recipes. She also likes to camp and cook over an open fire. She is very crafty, too, and enjoys sewing, painting, and woodworking.
