Marlette Community Schools

When Abbey Shell was a junior in high school, she participated in the Tots and Teens program at the Career Center and discovered her passion for teaching students. Currently, in her first year of teaching third grade, Ms. Shell values being a team player and actively listens to others, believing that there is always something new to learn each day. Her goal is to impart nuggets of knowledge to her students that they can remember and build upon as they grow as learners.

Outside the classroom, Ms. Shell enjoys spending time with her family, going out to dinner with friends, and whipping up homemade white pizza in the kitchen while sipping on a cold Diet Dr. Pepper. She also has a remarkable athletic background, having played softball in high school and even breaking a 34-year-old record!
